The Fort Myers Beach Woman’s Club clubhouse is one of the iconic historic buildings on Fort Myers Beach and is the perfect venue to hold your next party, meeting or event.

Your next special occasion would be perfect at the historic schoolhouse!

Conveniently located 175 Sterling Ave and across from the Beach Access #15, you and your guests can have a sunset photo shoot second to none. The access point is just across the street from the parking area at the clubhouse. It is an easy walk back to the clubhouse and parking lot.

Our clubhouse is available to hold your guests up to 115 inside or larger if you utilize our large outdoor garden space. The garden space is large enough to hold multiple tents.

The Clubhouse features a full kitchen and we have over 40 tables with chairs for your guests.  You also have the ability to create your own personal atmosphere as we allow rental items to help enhance your event.

Parking

Parking is included with your rental of the clubhouse. We have room for 40 cars.

Need parking for an event not at the Woman’s club.  Our land is available for parking rental as well.  It is the perfet solutions for your guests so that they do not incur parking tickets along the beach.

If you are interested in renting the clubhouse for your event, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Check the Calendar on our website to see if there is an event already scheduled.  Check Calendar
  2. Fill out the Form below. Please make sure to include your email. Pricing is listed on this page for renting the space.  PLEASE DO NOT CLICK THE ADD EVENT BUTTON ON THE CALENDAR PAGE.  Your request could be missed.
  3. Once you submit your request through the form below, you will receive a confirmation and informational email from our team.

PAYMENT POLICY:
When the Woman’s Club is booked for a Private Event, i.e. fundraisers, receptions, etc. a deposit must be received, in order for the Club to be “booked” and its availability to be removed from the calendar.  When a quote has been given, and the booking party agrees to the price, they must make a deposit of 30% of the quote.  The Club is not considered booked, until the deposit has been made.

Payment Timelines:

30% – At the Time of Booking

70% – Ninety (90) Days Prior Event

REFUNDS:
In the event, a party needs to cancel their Club booking, refunds will be made, as follows:

More than 90 days before the event: 100% Refund

Between 30-90 days: 50% Refund

Less than 30 days: 0% Refund

THINGS TO NOTE:  Events may not have “For Sale” alcohol.
The Clubhouse has a prep kitchen, refrigeration units, and folding card tables and chairs for your use.  Any other needed furniture is the responsibility of the renter.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm availability and respond back. Once confirmed, the Woman’s Club will invoice your organization.
