“A Time Gone By” is a look back into local history created by Terry Cain and John Kiseda. John was the Environmental Education Program Coordinator for Lee County. Terry served as a Conservation Lands Coordinator for the Lee County Parks and Recreation Conservation 2020 program for 15 years.

John and Terry researched the history of local areas when writing Land Stewardship Plans for preserves. Together they created a presentation about how various areas got their intriguing names. “A Time Gone By” offers a light-hearted historical look at local names and lore.
